Grant from The Netherlands

School Grant from The Netherlands for SMK Pariwisata Bantul

FusionJogja got a Grant from our coleague from Holland. The grant is used to support SMK Pariwisata Bantul in term of set of computers, internet facility and ticketing room service. These facilities are however supporting the learning process in the school. Though there was two department s in the school i.e. Tourism and Fashion. The grant is committed to support Tourism department only as the department is the main competency of the school.

Everyone is so thankful with the new facilities, where they could accommodate the school to held the further final exam in their own school. This year will be the first for the school to be able to conduct the final exam in their own school, as since 2007 they should be merged and moved to other school so that the students were able to pass their final exam. [LidS]

Tailoring February

There was a gift from SMK Pariwisata Bantul for FusionJogja team that the school was so much grateful of what God had allowed us to do the school by helping them. The school presented us Batik cloth to be made as uniform. Thus we directly went to a tailor to fit each person sizes and choose a model that suit us. After that, we had short excursion to an old building but we were not allowed to enter it. Then, at last we were having meat ball before we were going home.
