Fusion Team consists of volunteer mates who shared a common goal and a strong commitment to do whatever it takes to serve our community. These shared goal and commitment have enabling Fusion Team to engage with a local and international relations. Thus, the Volunteer Qualities that Fusion

Commitment
to Learning
This is about volunteer’s willingness to learn to have an open
attitude and be welcome for new sight that may appear as the result of an involvement
from various groups or people as well as to contribute constructive thoughts to
meet Fusion shared goals.
Flexibility
As Fusion works on various set of community’s background, this is of
how volunteers respond to adjust to a particular situation or to an
unintended circumstance that might be required without a prior plan.
Cooperation
This is of how volunteers being able to corporate and to develop
good working relationships whether with inmate team, with the community as well as with the International networks that support Fusion works within the served area and community.
