In the opening of this year FusionJogja is so enthusiastic to meeting everyone to wish that everyone may have a good start of the year and all the best for this coming years. Thus, a brief schedule was shortly arranged to meet FusionJogja Friends in Bantul.
This was a big surprise to have Craig Townsand, Fusion International Australia came to visit Yogyakarta after his last visit in the early of 2012. There was no special arrangement for his schedule to be in Yogyakarta. He just finished from Sumba and then directly fly to Yogyakarta to possibly meet and greet everyone in Indonesia during his stay in Indonesia in general.
As the first route was visiting SMK Pariwisata Bantul, GKJ Sidomulyo, The Land (The local youth in the area) and a couple of elder people who was one of the host family for the Australian students.
As we arrived in SMK Pariwisata Bantul, the headmaster was already prepared to welcome us and even the students were so enthusiastic to greet Craig and FusionJogja team in this occasion.

After the school we also took sometime to meet Pak Wahyu and family for a late Christmas celebration and wishing a good new year. Being efficient of time we also had a special occasion to meet The Land, our friends who have been persistently supporting FusionJogja Festival both in the recent 2011 and 2012. Mas Venno and friends were nicely welcoming us in his house. There while we were having discussion we also provided some cool drinks and snacks by him.

As the last route of the day was a house hold who had been a host family for some our Australian friends during October 2011 and August 2012. Such a lovely elder couple who were always smiling. They were so happy to meet Craig again in this year. Such a surprise to be able to meet an old friends coming from a long far away Australia to Sidomulyo village, Bantul area. And may everyone had a very good year of 2013. [LidS]
